Deep Breathing is an simple and easy way to relax and detox your body.  This simple technique can help you release toxins and improve your health.

Health benefits of developing a regular practice of deep breathing are:

You can perform this simple breathing exercise anytime or anywhere and it is especially helpful if you are having a stressful day and can help you relax.  Sit upright in a chair with your back straight or lie comfortably and relax your entire body  Breath in deeply through your nose, filling your lungs and allowing your belly to expand naturally. Hold your breath briefly for several seconds and then exhale slowly through your mouth.

Do your deep breathing 10-20 times, focus on your breathing and be mindful and release any tensions, thoughts, and just allow your body to relax completely.  Clear your mind and allow yourself to just enjoy the sensation of breath and life giving oxygen and energy flowing into your body.  If any thoughts come up, just allow them to pass through and refocus yourself back on your breathing.
